I am passionate about helping adults and teens achieve greater satisfaction with their lives and with themselves.

I offer both in-person and virtual sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platform.

I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, perfectionism, isolation, grief and trauma.

I tailor my approach to what works for you and your specific concerns and goals, whether you are dealing with the stress of a major life transition (like navigating a career change, parenting, or a new phase in your education), or you are struggling with shifts in your mood and outlook on life.

Fees & Payment

50 minutes | $180

I offer a limited number of lower fees slots based on need.

Payment is made at the time of service.

I currently do not accept insurance. However, if your PPO insurance provides out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with an itemized invoice (or “superbill”) for the purposes of reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
